Key Worker Survey 19.03.2020

19 March 2020 (by Gillian Keighley (gkeighley))

An email was sent to all parents and carers this afternoon: If you are a key worker your child will still be able to come to school from Monday.  This also applies to vulnerable groups including children with EHCP's and those who have a social worker.  If you wish to exercise this option and continue to send your child to school please fill in the survey by following the link below by 10.30 am TOMORROW (20.03.2020) at the latest.  Families with children who fall within the vulnerable category will be contacted directly by a member of the school staff; it is not necessary for them to complete the survey in order for their child to continue attending school.

Key Worker Survey

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a full list of all those who will be deemed to be a 'Key Worker'.  If you feel that you are delivering a vital service, please state your role clearly in the box provided.

Until clarification is received from the government, we cannot confirm if your child will be eligible to attend school, but it is essential for us to get an idea of the potential number of children in order for us to plan staffing for the weeks ahead.

We will obviously be in touch with those parents who respond to the survey once we have clearer guidance on who falls within a Key Worker category.

If you are reading this information on the School Jotter app, please go to the school website Homepage to be able to access the link.  Please contact the school office if you would like to talk to someone about this further or if you are unable to access the survey and someone will be happy to help you.

Thank you once again for your support.
