Public Sector Equality Duty
Public bodies, including Local Authority maintained schools, are covered by the Public Sector Equality Duty set out in the Equality Act 2010.
We aim to create an inclusive environment where every pupil can achieve their full potential, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances. Our approach includes identifying and removing barriers to learning, promoting understanding and respect, and regularly reviewing our policies and practices to ensure they reflect our commitment to equality. This report sets out our school’s equality objectives in line with our duties under the Equality Act 2010, including the Public Sector Equality Duty.
