Science
Our Science curriculum is based around the following:
- Our children will develop a greater understanding of scientific principles in the real world and learn how our use of resources today impacts their lives in the future.
- Our children will shape their knowledge through memorable experiences, enjoying practical investigations that promote rich understanding. Through working as real scientists, their passion for science will blossom.
- Children will build their knowledge of the history of scientific discovery, learning about key events and figures that have shaped our understanding of the world.
- Children will develop their communication skills to explain their findings, and articulate their understanding of key principles (including use of the relevant scientific vocabulary).
