Our RHE/PSHE curriculum is based around the following:

 

  • Children understand their place in the world and how they and others can positively contribute to it.
  • Children are empowered to challenge stereotypes and situations which they know to be wrong and to consider the impact on themselves, others and the wider world.
  • Children are polite and positive members of their class, school and community.
  • Children are really confident that they know what appropriate behaviour is and that they know how to stay safe.
  • Children’s horizons are broadened and they know their own goals as well as the steps to reach it.
  • Children have ambition, courage and drive to achieve.
