Modern Foreign Languages
Our MFL curriculum is based around the following:
- Children will develop an interest in learning other languages (predominantly French) in a way that is enjoyable and stimulating.
- We strive to stimulate and encourage children’s curiosity about languages whilst developing an awareness of cultural differences in other countries.
- We promote the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing necessary for children to apply in practical real-life communication which will lay the foundations for further language learning.
