PE Support and Administration Assistant
Part time, fixed term contract for 12 months. Grade 4 at £9.16 per hour.
Apprenticeship applications are welcome.

We are looking to appoint a driven and motivated individual with a keen interest in sport to take on the role of supporting the teaching of PE in our school and gaining children frequent opportunities to compete in events. This will be combined with excellent administrative skills to deal with all tasks associated with children attending various sporting events and managing all aspects of sports admin.

This post would be ideal for someone with a sports background who is looking to take their first steps into working with children in an educational setting. Or, someone who is highly skilled at organising events.

This is a new position and as such we are flexible about the days worked although most sporting events take place in the afternoon. The hours can be split over two or three days. This will be discussed further at interview.

In addition it is possible that this position could be split between two people; one taking on the administrative tasks and one the PE support element. So if you are interested in one but not the other then please submit an application.
